The Bartact 4-Layer Quad Wrap Suspension Limit Strap is engineered for durability, strength, and consistent performance in off-road and suspension-limited applications. Designed and manufactured in the USA by Bartact, this limit strap uses premium materials and a multi-layer construction intended for demanding use. Each strap is built using a quad-wrap configuration, providing four layers of 7,000 lb rated, mil-spec, resin-treated nylon webbing, with two full layers wrapped around each end fitting. This construction helps distribute load and reduce stress at critical connection points. The strap is finished with heat-treated 4130 chromoly end pieces featuring an enamel coating for corrosion resistance and a protective deflector sleeve. High-quality thread and reinforced stitching are used throughout to support long-term durability. Nylon webbing is designed to allow a small amount of controlled stretch, which can help provide a smoother transition during suspension travel.
